A Phase 2 study of farletuzumab in patients who are newly diagnosed with stage IV FRA‐expressing adenocarcinoma of the lung.

The goal of this study is to evaluate whether therapy with farletuzumab is effective and safe in combination with cisplatin/taxane, carboplatin/taxane or carboplatin/pemetrexed followed by farletuzumab monotherapy.
