MORAb-066
MORAb-066 is an investigational humanized IgG monoclonal antibody that targets Tissue Factor (TF), a membrane-bound antigen over-expressed in tumor cells and tumoral endothelial cells. TF promotes tumor angiogenesis and cancer cell proliferation, and it inhibits apoptosis by indirectly activating Protease Activated Receptors (PARs). MORAb-066 is currently concluding preclinical studies. MORAb-066 will be investigated in patients with advanced cancer. MORAb-066 has US FDA
orphan drug designation for pancreatic cancer.
