Preclinical Pipeline

MORAb-022 - is a therapeutic antibody being developed for the treatment of inflammatory disease. The drug specifically targets a molecule shown in animal studies to be involved in autoimmune diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and asthma.

MORAb-028 - is a therapeutic antibody being developed for the treatment of cancer. The drug specifically targets a molecule expressed in metastatic melanoma, brain and lung cancers. The drug will be entering clinical trials in FY 2008 for the treatment of metastatic melanoma.

MORAb-047 - is a therapeutic antibody being developed as an anti-infective. The drug specifically targets a molecule expressed by pathogenic microbes. The precursor was discovered by collaborators at USAMRIID.

MORAb-048 - is a therapeutic antibody being developed as an anti-infective whose development is being supported by the Department of Defense and the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). The antibody is being developed in collaboration with scientists at USAMRIID.

In addition to developing antibodies to target antigens obtained from collaborators, Morphotek continues to develop libraries of antibody producing human hybridomas.
